Lens Cap Holder Remix

This is a remix of Fred.Call's excellent lens cap holder, it will now hold lens caps more securely. Like the original, it will hold caps of 3 different sizes - 49mm, 58mm, and 72mm.

I added a inward beveled edge on each of the 3 spots for lens caps, instead of relying on layer lines for friction, making it more secure.
