IKEA Tisken Shower Wand Holder

This is a modification to allow the IKEA Tisken to hold a shower head.  The printed modification simply snaps onto the Tisken hook.

I printed this in ABS because it was what was already loaded.  I used Voron settings (4 perimeters, 5 top and bottom layers, 40% gyroid infill) because that was what the slicer was already set to.  PLA would work and you don't have to use Voron settings.
