Description

PDF

These simple handles are designed to be easy to print and use for whatever pulling/lifting /hanging task you need.  For hanging, mount them on the underside of something and use a coat hanger, rope, etc. A Fusion360 file and a STEP file are included to let you customize the handles as you wish, and I provide 3 sizes here  (small/med/large) to get you started.

The holes are countersunk for US #8 screws by default (~4.2 mm diameter), but are easily adjusted in the fusion/STEP file if you wish.

The large size is shown here in pictures in Bambu Transparent Brown PETG, but should work well in most filaments.

Printing

I printed with the following settings for strength.  Make sure to use common sense and test the load if you rely on these!

  • 0.2 mm layer height
  • 9 walls, 6 top / bottom layers
  • 20% gyroid infill.

Adjusting

The design can be adjusted with a wide variety of parameters in Fusion360, the file for the MEDIUM size is included, but here are the different measurements for things I changed in the all 3 sizes i have here, in case you want to reproduce them easily:

There are of course even more customizable variables.  Take a look at these and the sketch together and tweak it to how you'd like:
