Rack-It Hanger

Not going to be super strong, but a nice low profile hanger to add something to the 400kg Rack-It uprights. Print at moderate/low density, the pegs and plate will be almost solid anyway, so it's just a few layers in the plate part that will have any infill, and are likely not really adding much to the overall strength.
