That's an awesome model! Fits really well.

@werz99 as I printed these in ABS, they don't really "stick" on the tool. Would you mind sharing a source files, like F360 project or STEP, so I can try to fit tiny magnets inside the protectors? (edited)

@mmackowiak Thanks for your nice feedback. I added my Fusion file "Schonbacken Knipex v10.f3d" in the Download section. Would be nice to see a improved version with magnets (and the chance to change it to magnets that I have already in the drawer:-)

@werz99 you're a legend, thanks! I'm still thinking either about magnets or some mechanical clips to grab jaws - in case of 150 mm pliers, even 2x4 mm round magnet seems rather big. 😃

BTW. what magnets you already have in a drawer? 😉

Printed in PLA+ as a demo. Printed easy and fit nice after getting internal supports out. Thanks

Printed in Filaflex 98A TPU - The print itself is ok and it works as intended.
I just feel the jaw protectors don't really click to the ridge on the back of the jaws but rather just hold on by the flex of the print. Maybe the scaling is a bit off?
