Verizon Business Gateway Wall Mount

This model is for a Verizon Business Gateway (router) compact wall mount.  This is NOT the same as the home version of their gateway which there are other wall mounts available for.  I designed this to hug the wall pretty closely with a open bottom design to allow cooling up through the bottom as the unit is designed to do.  It is a snug fit, leaving about 1mm of clearance, but I I had no issues with the two gateways I test fit.  It also has two holes for standard drywall screws that are inset so the screw heads will be flush.

If you are using the WiFi antennas on your unit you will need to turn it sideways.  If you are not using them you can have it facing out from the wall as there should be enough space behind it for the power and a Ethernet cord.

Personally I printed mine using PETG, mostly standard settings (0.4 nozzle, 0.2 line height, 20% infill, etc).  Print it upside down with support overhang angle set for 80* as this will give the inner ridge that the gateway will sit on support without giving the screw holes support material to dig out.
