Hey there,
Recently, I had some trouble with wet filament, but I didn't want to buy a dryer as most of my filament doesn't last long enough to get wet :D

However, to dry some of the rolls once in a while, I made a drying hood to dry the filament on the printbed.

I equipped the hood with a slow USB fan, just good enough to move some air. Furthermore, I added a humidity (and temp) sensor.

Every 5010 fan should work, but remember, you don't want to cool down the printbed, so take a slow one. I used this one.
As far as I know, most moisture sensors should work either, but I used this one.
If you need an extra gcode you may take a look at this one i've found at printables.

I designed the hood to fit spools up to 90x210mm

If i have forgotten something, please don't hesitate to ask!

(Please don't look too close on my printed version as I used wet filament :D)

Got support, poop and failed prints? Recycle it!
