Generic SFP Media Converter Case
This is a case for the super cheap AliExpress SFP media converters. I got two for under $7 and they seem to work okay.

Description
PDFNo support needed, just have it print on the faces. Will fit together. I have already added a 0.1mm space to the cover so it most likely will not need horizontal expansion to fit.
