VW Passat/Golf wheel center hub cap

VW Passat / Golf wheel center cap modeled after the original but with modification (split in two separate parts) to be easily printed OR if you don't want the logo inside, you can go with “blank one object” but supports will be needed. The outer diameter is 65,8 mm and the inner diameter is 56 mm (see the last image in gallery). Please measure your wheel before print.

The “outer clips” part can be printed supportless upside down, there are just minor overhangs. The “inner cap” part have some larger overhangs which would require some support of outer ring.

The two separate parts are meant to be superglued together. Tight fit won't cut it. Also note that PLA is not really suitable material for such abused part.. I would suggest at least PETG but rather ABS, nylon etc..
