Without supports. In one of the latest updates, Fusion 360 significantly reduced the model quality when exporting to STL (fewer polygons). Because of this, I now export from MESH one file at a time. You can load all three models into PrusaSlicer at once, and the supports will be in place. Or, you can manually add them as you see fit.
