EVA 3 Goliath Adapter Optimized

I wanted a simple solution for mounting the Goliath hot end to EVA 3 carriage. I made all of the holes correct for 3mm and 2.5mm heat inserts (2.5mm for 25mm fan). I also simplified the design by eliminating the ability to have the EVA face plate. I don't see any reason to have the faceplate if you are going this route, as it is just for looks and adds weight. I also improved the airflow around the hot end and blocked air from passing bellow the heat break as much as possible.
