Horizontal belt sheath for NexTool Flagship Pro

This sheath fits snugly in a horizontal position on belts up to 40mm wide (or smaller). The horizontal orientation ensures that when sitting or moving, the bulky multitool stays out of the way and doesn’t bump against your legs.

The clip attached to the tool acts as a retention clip, securely holding the tool in the sheath through friction.

Some tips for printing:

• Comfort: Print in Flex/TPU for maximum comfort
• I recommend to avoid infill and just use 3 perimeters (given the nozzle is the common 0.2 wide)
• Extra-wide belts: If you wear a wider belt than the usual 4cm, resize the model dimension in the x axis in your slicer to accomodate your belt width
• Make it shorter: I made the sheath long enough to make it stand on a table with the multitool in it. If you like it shorter, cut the bottom part in your slicer and print it in a shorter length
• Bed adhesion: A bit of a brim may be necessary if adhesion is a problem
