Set of Hex Screwdrivers with a rotary end cap, magnetized tip, and multiple options:

Sizes (Length without Hex bits):

  • S = 5.7 cm
  • M = 7.9 cm
  • L = 9.9 cm

Options (2 Options per size):

  • 12 mm Hex hole
  • 24 mm Hex hole

All handles come with a horizontal mark at 12 mm and 24 mm from the tip for reference. You can also print the caps in different colors to differentiate between Short and Long handles.

You'll need:

  • 1x 608 Ball Bearing per screwdriver (pressure fit).
  • 1x 6x2 mm magnet per screwdriver.
  • Some CA glue to fix the magnets in place.

Printing:

  • This parts that will support a lot of mechanical stress, so don't save on filament here.
  • 0.4 mm Nozzle, 5 Walls min (8 Walls recommended).
  • Infill at 20%, Rectilinear.
  • Little support needed only at the base of both screwdrivers and cap.
  • You'll find a 2mm hole going through the body. It's not a bug, it's a feature! Its purpose is to provide a solid column of walls around this hole to strengthen the vertical axis when applying force.
