The design was inspired by ONEBITPIXEL (https://cults3d.com/en/users/onebitpixel) and the barrel pallet rack.
This design is principally in line with a standard Euro Pallet size but reduced in width to suit the bits of pipe I have available (length wise) The design was created with Autodesk Fusion.
There are 3 variants
A flat bottom rack, 72 x 45 x9mm
A bottom rack with feet, suitable for a fork lift 72 x 45 x 13mm
An intermediate rack for vertical stacking of the pipes. 72 x 45 x 15mm
When loaded the racks could be held together with suitable straps of wrapping.
I printed using a wood filament to attempt to look like "real" timber pallets, sort of ok, dependent on the filament I guess.
3D printing settings
Printed on an Ender 3 S1 Pro using E-Sun Wood filament, using generic PLA settings, nozz 200C, bed 60C
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
