PDF

I created this design to determine the accuracy of my printed parts compared to the design file. This follows an earlier design to check the accuracy of holes printed (see other design for Hole ref gauge).
The diameters are noted on the print and can be measured directly for comparative accuracy, also the base is stepped and can also be measure for straight dimensional accuracy.
The base is 100 x 155 mm x 5 thick. The cylindrical "pins" start at 5mm high and increase in increments of 1mm to 13mm so can also be used for dimension checks.
The design was created with Autodesk Fusion

3D printing settings

Printed on an Ender 3 S1 Pro, using E-Sun PLA, essentially all settings as for generic PLA , nozz 200, bed 60.
Layer 1 to 25 is printed in white
Layer 26 to 30 printed in black to emphasize text
layer 31 to 90 printed again in white.
I paused the print at layer 26 and 31 to change filament.
Print time just over 6 hours on my Ender.
