I've had this for a time and even though MK3 and its versions are old, I thought someone might want it.

Hardware:

You'll need 1*M3 screw for the X-axis bracket, but length can be 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 18mm or 20mm. Choose the correct bracket for what screw you want to use.
The least filament is used for the 20mm screw.

For the cam_bracket to mount to the nut_adapter, you'll need 1*M3x35mm for the original cam_bracket or 1*M3x30mm for the improved mounts.

To mount camera to the cam_bracket you need 1-4*M2x6+mm screws.


For my mount I used the X axis mount for 18mm screw, 1*raise up 1 and 1*raise up 3 and a total of 3 bolts.
