Kawasaki Ram Stem Mount

I had some trouble with the Ram mount meant to go in the stem of a triple tree. I figured it was partially due to how the stem of the Ninja 650 (2019, if it matters) has a hex hole but that's only about 10mm deep. After that, it gets much wider. Using the Stem Ram Mount per the instructions just lead to destroyed plugs, so I designed and made this.

Print the washers in PETG with supports for the overhang for the top washer. I printed them at 0.1mm resolution since the washers are fairly small.

Print the expanding plug with flexible filament. I used NinjaFlex TPU at 20% infill, but thinking about it more, I probably should have gone with a higher infill. If the current one fails and I reprint, I'll try that. SEE VERSION 2 NOTES

Install using the included base, screw, and nyloc nut.

Version 2: Print the expanding plug at 100%

This also fits a 2020 Ninja 636 and looks like it should fit most current-gen Kawasaki motorcycles

Depending on your printer, filament, etc. you might need to print the solid expanding plug. Testing required, but it should be a quick print (~10 minutes or so)
