Robust bike cable clips sized for M5 screws and an aluminum 5.2mm ID x 8mm OD x 5mm L spacer - the idea is to be tougher than the cheap nylon clips, but cheaper than high end steel/padded clips. The clip isn't meant to replace zip ties or other options if the bike frame allows for it, but it might be an improvement.
V1 is the one in the images below - it's survived ~110 miles of gravel bikepacking so far with no issue.
V2 will likely be stronger due to the print orientation, but I haven't tested it yet.
Both clips use an aluminum 5.2mm ID x 8mm OD x 5mm L spacer similar to these to limit the screw compression on the TPU:

Print Settings:
I had to slow my MK4 down and increase both the extruder temperature and the extrusion multiplier to get the layer adhesion I wanted.
Let me know of any tips/tricks/related models, this was a semi emergency fix before a trip and I'm newer to printing flexi materials.
