New Version

  • Lower holding clamps moved out of the way of the gantry, to eleminate depositioning when using magnets with lower strength while homing.
  • Side structure changed from web to a cleaner approach.
  • A typical RGBA Led / Neopixel /2812B … Led can be placed to illuminate the nozzle in a space that should work for the 10mm pcb version that is normally used on SB too.
  • Added some support structure to reduce the general printing time with auto support. (normal instead of tree support should make a difference of nearly a third of printing time

I printed with PETG+ and painted liquid isolating temp resisting rubber on top and hotend facing parts of the fan duct. It even does the job of glue to hold a led from an ledstripe in the led seat.

Printinfo:
Use Classic wall generator as there are small diameters for the airflow
Remove the below mentioned extra support walls, so you are still able to print with tree support if you want to.
The magnet holes are made bigger and longer to support some magnets that do the job correct that the to small original ones don't really do.
Use melt screw sockets in the holes for eddy
Z-Offset same as for the original and in the images attached

Remove after printing

The red parts are support walls only. Please remove them.
