PWM Controller Housing for Rails

This housing is designed to fit the PWM controller shown in the image, which can be found on Amazon. It also accommodates other switches, provided they fit. 

This housing is ideal for controlling devices like a cooling fan and is specifically designed to fit well on 20x20 mm aluminum extrusions (V-slot rails).

Suggested Print Setting:

• Material: PETG
• Infill: 100%
• Supports: Required for the base plate holes.

Assembly Instructions: 

• Mount the base plate: Secure the base plate onto a suitable surface.
• Slide the housing: Slide the housing onto the mounted base plate.
• Cable management:
  • If mounting on a rail, use a drop-in nut. The cable can be routed directly into the rail, hiding it neatly.
  • Remember to pass the cable through the base plate before mounting for easier assembly.
  • For flat surface mounting, cut the end of the base plate to allow the cables to exit.

The housing is available in two versions:

• Clean: A smooth surface finish.
• Textured: Featuring a hexagonal pattern for added grip and aesthetics.
