When moving some Eurorack gear into a 19" server style rack, I noticed the 84hp frames that were supposed to fit left ~4hp in wasted space on the sides. So I bought some 104hp Synthrotek rails and cut them down to 17 ⅝" (88hp) to give myself an extra 4hp. This is my first 19" rack, so I am unsure if this a common thing or if I just bought a cheap rack. Either way this seems to work well for me. Your mileage may vary trying to get an extra 4hp.
I tried a couple of other models here but I didnt find one that fit the Synthrotek rails that I bought, which Is why I made this.
The ears are thin and the supplied 10-24 x 1" bolts that come with the rails sit flush to allow for a snug fit. These are the rails I used:

I modeled the back angle to be the same as the tip/top audio, Behringer and Moog skiff/open frame style cases, so it works well as a free standing frame that can be made to any length. Included is a right and left file, but really either one is fine if you mirror it.
Printed in Bambu PETG HF, but it is a very simple model that should easily print on almost any printer in almost an filament.
Thanks for looking!
