Love n Care Dreamtime Sleeper Bassinet Wheels

This is a replacement wheel assembly for the Love n Care Dreamtime Bassinet.

Designed for use on carpet and are a direct replacement for the original wheels.

Print with minimum 3 layers. .2mm layer height works well. Dont go lower than .2mm layer height for wheels as supports may get too close to wheel and become hard to separate… Lesson learnt.

For wheel supports I used enforced supports for 50 degrees and lower. See picture.

Print in orientation as shown.

I used PLA but if you have ASA or ABS use that as it has a lower coefficent of friction.

Assembly requires a #2 Phillips driver, unscrew existing wheels, retain screw and re insert new wheel holder.

The wheel axles are directional and can only be installed one way, once the holder is installed and screwed tight to bassinet legs orientate the wheel axles and clip them in.
