Important Assembly Notes:

You will need to replace the stock screws for the mounting bracket with M3x6 or M3x8 screws. In my case, I pressed an M3 threaded insert into the fan on the side closest to the mounting bracket to attach it to the duct, but you can also use an M4x18 or 20 screw and an M4 nut to secure the fan, just make sure the nut is on the side closer to the print head.

I've updated the design to adhere to an 11\u00ba taper from the opening of the duct to the vent at the nozzle, optimized the angle and placement of the vent, smoothed the interior surface of the duct, and removed some extraneous material to reduce weight and visual clutter from the design. This one uses MATH, like real, actual nerd math, to create the taper for the duct, and in my testing so far has outperformed the previous design.
