@RichardM I think my filament had a thick spot somewhere along the print, I can see a small range of layers that are bulging out
And of course, I need 8 per panel, and I have 4 panels that will get them, plus I expected more issues during the print so a few extras
Great engineering overall, maybe a sizing chart would have been good as well - I had to print 5mm to 7mm just to make sure which one would work best for me
@sioux612 may want to check for over extrusion. But over 40! Wow
Having just printed and assembled 40+ of these, I better have a lot of problems with my printer.
Assembly takes forever.
Also make sure the printed holes are sized correctly/bridging works right, mine were just a tiny bit too tight and I had to rework all holes (edited)
