I figured you weren't actually serious about this challenge (based on what you said in the video), but I decided to do it anyways. I did the test on my 2019 Tronxy X5SA-400 with Bowden extruder running Marlin 2.1.2 instead of my Bambu Lab X1C to show how important z hop really is if you have all your other settings correct. There are many factors to consider when enabling z hop, and in my thousands of hours of testing and troubleshooting with 3D printers, I found Z hop is vital in print quality. Cooling is my biggest drawback on this old printer, so I had to clamp an old server fan to cool it at the speeds I was printing this at. Prints were done at .2mm layer height, 2 walls, with 15% triangle infill. I cant add Tronxy X5SA or X5SA-400 as one of my printers since there is no option for it, so that is why it shows my printer as Bambu Lab X1C. (edited)
