I didn't want to print the main body vertically so I split the model and am hoping that the steel rods will keep things aligned. So far, so good!\n\n--------------\n\nThe assembly wasn't as simple as I had hoped, but that's the fault of the kit rather than the CAD. A few issues I ran into:\n\n--------------\n\n- The pickup selector switch is too wide under the plate so I had to snip off a bit of the plastic that retains it (possibly could be solved in CAD?)\n- The neck pickup screws were too long so I subbed them out for M3 machine screws\n- The barrel jack was a VERY tight fit but it squeezed in there\n- It was sketchy screwing the bridge in, but that may have been the fault of my matte PLA. Instead, I sunk heat-set inserts into the holes and used countersunk machine screws - so far, so good!\n- The bridge is laid out differently so there's no chance I could get intonation right since the screws were too long. Thankfully, it's an M3 thread so I put in some M3x20 machine screws\n- My neck's pilot holes were laid out incorrectly so I had to drill them out, dowel them, then drill my own. I ordered the BexGears TL kit from Amazon (before price hikes) and ended up needing to update the Pruscaster model to make it work with the kit.
