@reddadsteve I experienced the same issue. I removed 0.2mm (1 layer) and then it printed fine.
Very nice design and printed without issue after I made a slight change. I noticed that Prusa Slicer loaded the model slightly higher than the build plate. I lowered the model .1mm in order to get a clean first layer touching the bed. I noticed that there is a tiny spot on the bottom of the model that is lower than the intended bottom. Teamwork, Steve
