@ArrowSwift, I was successful the second time around, as I used supports for the bullet. The threads came out clean and the bullet and casing fit very smoothly and tight. I attached photos of the two results to help others see the difference. Both are still useful. Thank you for the excellent file.
@Zofo Yeah, I never tried with PETG. The color looks really nice though. Hope you can get it to work
Printed wit Prusament PETG mango yellow. The threads on the bullet were stringy, but much less so on the casing, as I printed without supports. I will try using supports for PETG.
