Nuts&bolt baby dexterity toy

Printed in PLA with a .6mm nozzle and .4mm layer height. No adjustments done in the slicer. Thread is pretty smooth, got better after a while playing with it.

@timf - the design was intended to have very little clearance while still allowing the nut to spin freely. I'm just surprised that when printing with a 0.6mm nozzle, the nut can still print freely. I never tried that myself.

@Anachronist Looking back at my first picture I notice it comes pretty close to the height limit of the Prusa mini. I think I never printed anything this tall on this printer, but worked out fine :)
I don't know how loose the intended design should be, but I can fling the nut into several rotations. Anyway my kids love it!

@timf - I am honestly surprised the parts fit together when printed with a 0.6mm nozzle. I thought that the clearances I designed in would be consumed by the additional line thickness. It must be a pretty snug fit for you.

This is also the first time I've seen any of my designs pictured on a Prusa Mini. I try to keep the Mini's buildplate in mind when designing things, even though my printer is an MK3S. (edited)
