



@OldCurmudgeon Looks like you are missing some of the finer details of the clip.
@K2_Kevin could be. That filament wasn't behaving well after that batch. It was the end of the spool anyway.
@OldCurmudgeon Ive done a ton in Polyterra, seems VERY dimensionally accurate.
@K2_Kevin I'm not disputing your results. Just ran it on another spool that's been calibrated in the slicer a couple days ago. Similar result. I feel it snap past the opening, but then it slides freely in the slot until it hits the bulge at the end from the melt zone. Because of that bulge, they can work as-is for me.
After testing one of them, I'll need to print the next batch scaled down a few %. The blob on the end of the filament is all that catches on my spools. No worries though. +1 star for usefulness and design. :)
