Print instructions

All three models somewhat complicated prints but the easy to print one uses bridges for the worst overhangs, and has a smaller \"hand\" to make printing easier. I added one with a thicker left arm.

I decimated the Geometry in blender, and spent several hours moving around individual vertices to get it to print well.
