@CyberSake It's not really correct to connect 8 tooth gear with no bevel this way
@PoweredUP So don't do this @ home ;-) It was a quick and dirty hack to do something with the printed gear. From what i remember it did work well but i allready took it apart again.
The white gear is 3D printed in Fiberlogic transparent PETG. It did print very nice and fits the axle well. I used the gear in a Trammel of Archimedes and it works well.
The black frame is 3D printed in black PETG. I made it using your part designer. I tuned the "Measurements" a bit for my printer and now it produces very usable parts. Very nice technic part designer, thanks a lot for sharing. (edited)
