V3: Completely redesigned for better drainage, and the clip clicks in and made an alternate base for those that want to use it on the countertop (personally i think it's way cooler attached to mirror)

Added an additional base, it now has a place for holding a bunch of the saline packets (at the suggestion of Ender_3v3)
