What you also need:

4x M4 countersunk screws
Glue
(Felt or stool protector pads)

Print the \u201cHolder\u201d twice and then glue them to the \u201cWall Mount\u201d. The tabs should fit perfectly into each other. I added two pieces of felt to the bottom holder, so the iPad sits better in position.

Screw it to the wall and you're good to go.
