This 608 bearing is fully printable, robust, reliable, somewhat dust/dirtproof and easy to assemble. Since filament has a tight tolleranced outer diameter, it makes for the perfect roller in this bearing. Even if your printer has its tollerances a little off, you still can achieve a free spinning but tight run with this bearing. Just give it a try. This bearing works great for low load applycations like on spool holder or in wet environments, since it features no metal parts

Beware: your printer MUST be able to achieve at least 0.2mm clearance. Have a clearance test print first, if in doubt

Printing:
Print all parts in the given orientation with a 0.4mm nozzle (or smaler). No support needed. Use 0.2 or 0.1mm layer hight. 0.2 worked fine for me. It is important to have the seam of the perimeter in a random pattern and not aligned. Please make sure to have the bottom and top infill pattern set to concentric.

Assembly:
1) Put some filament in the CutingJig and cut it flush with your flush cutter.
Note: Make sure the filament pieces are flush with the CutingJig. If the filament is cut to long, it will make the bearing run poorly.
Note: If the filament is bendy from the spool, you might want to straighten it before cutting.

2) Put the Cage, HubFrame and Hub in the InnerBody.
Note: Make sure the groove on the HubFrame faces towards the Outside

3) Insert the filament pieces.
(Optional: fill in some petroljelly or thick oil)

4) Insert the second HubFrame and close the bearing by pressing the OuterHousing really hard on the InnerBody
Note: the HubFrame features 3 small notches/grooves. make sure they are aligned correctly.

5) Done :)

Note: The bearing comes in different clearances for the rollers. 1.70, 1.75, 1.80, 1.85, 1.90 and 1.95mm are available. So if you want a very easy running bearing, you might opt for the 1.95 If you want to have an really tight running bearing, you might use 1.70.
Although 1.85 seems to work just fine in general, one can fine tune the runing characteristics for the desired sweet spot.

Note: The Cage comes for different numbers of rollers. The higher the load on the bearing, the more rollers you want to have
