The counter link can be a bit finicky but the dial should break in after some turning. you also need to make sure you're only moving one at a time and the other one is in a neutral position. If one of the dials are engaged with pawl then the link cant flex and locks up both so they cant turn.
Its also SUPER small tolerances so if your printer is off at all you could run into issues. it might be worth scaling down the dial to 1-2 layer lines to see if that helps too!

I’m really loving this! I printed the small. I had a couple of adhesion issues that I think might be from trying to print too many at once. The pieces click in and out really easily. I was able to replace one mid knitting. The knitting is very smooth. I like the counter but the small wheels seems slightly too large. It’s very difficult if not impossible to turn them. I will definitely be printing another size to try.
