@Fusica_56678 I made an attempt at similar hinges to what Chris has here in the photo. They seem to be working for me and I am happy to share what I did if you are still interested.

Thank you for creating this! I printed it successfully, and I have one improvement suggestion:
Make the hinges more robust. Mine broke when inserting the second pin. So, I cut them off and made my own hinges that I glued to the outside.
It's a fun game!
