I got tired of losing the sleeves to my makera carvera bit collar install tool as well as the hand cramps and skin lacerations from the tool.

In addition to the 3d printed parts, I made two extractors and a new small sleeve on my lathe. There is a pdf drawing of their dimension if you want to replicate, or you can message me and I might be able to ship you some.
The empty storage section can be used for a few spare bit collars

Assembly: take apart your bit collar install tool.
With the long metal knurled center section of the install tool, align the front end with the hole on the filleted side of the center piece and press fit it on.

With the short metal knurled piece: screw it onto the center section fully. Press from the non filled side of the top piece. Try to align the lobes between the two parts when assembled

The bottom piece is also a press fit. A small amount of super glue should help hold it in place if needed, be sure to clean the metal handle with alcohol or acetone before gluing.

In the pictures there is an aluminum part on my collar install tool. That is a relic of a previous version and can be ignored.
