I have two of your Y-belt tensioners. On the y_belt_idler (1), by increasing the counter bores to 6.5mm your design will work with the new injection moulded display hardware using the new factory self tapping torx screws. For my MK3.5 upgrade, I used my milling machine to increase the bore diameter to .25" which was just enough.
