@paulsmithMSU_2475918 Thanks for the reply. I was able to add some additional supports in the areas where it was stringing. I then printed it successfully.

Filament or get a different printer to do the job like I had used a dremel idea builder 1045
I've tried this print twice so far and it's failing with the elbows. I scaled it up to 150% with a 19 hour print. The tree supports are on, however, when it goes to do the elbows, it doesn't seem to want to stick properly. I was trying this with PETG. This picture is showing the supports at layer 724 on this non-scaled version. It's the same when I scale it up. (edited)
