@earlmckay_126052 hey, it's because of the thread on original model. I might take some time to improve the design, but i am busy at the moment. I went through multiple iterations and felt exhausted already fiddling with it and called it a day :). sorry for the late reply and thanks for printing!
Thanks for sharing! It's definitely an improvement - but I still have a minimal offset between the two parts (I don't know if it's due to the printer (0.6 mm nozzle) or the thread). (edited)
