A simple holder for 3.2mm deburring blades.

The handle is one piece. The tip is split by a small slot, so the blade can be pushed in and will snap in place. The ring keeps the two halves together.

Update 4 aug 24:
On the handle, I removed part of the thread on the top and bottom: it is not required and cleans up easier.
Model files contain the new version, print files were not updated.

Printing:

The handle is printed flat, with support under the threaded section.
The ring is printed standing up: concentric fill, top and bottom.
I printed in PETG, 0.2 layer, 0.4 nozzle and 0.45 extrusion width (default PrusaSlicer setting 0.20mm quality)
3 perimeters wall, 20% cubic infill (2 perimeters and 15% seems to be strong enough too).
If the ring is too tight, scale it a bit larger in X and Y direction in the slicer, e.g. try 101 or 102%. I also added some scaled print files for MK3S.

Assembly:

The slot in the handle is only 0.2mm wide. Depending on the accuracy of your printer you may need a knife to open the slot up.
The deburring blade should push in and snap into place. You may need to open the slot a bit (e.g. with your thumbnail or a screwdiver) to push the blade in and get the blade out again.
The thread is pretty coarse and has some play, but it may take a few times until it runs smoothly. Clean up the supports and thread on the handle with a knife.
