I don't have exact transmission distance on the filaments, but I think this will turn out okay, unless you have really transparent filament. I think it had turned out better with some other color than orange, but you can try another color.

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

At layer #5 (0.48mm) swap to ORANGE
At layer #13 (1.12mm) swap to White for the rest.
