MK4 Bi-Directional Fan Duct - Lightweight and Effective

I found that the Elephant foot compensation must be set to 0, or otherwise the base will recess too much from the perimeters, and the top layers will not have anything to lay on. Perhaps the base should not be recessed at all, instead it should project exactly under the vertical walls.

Printed with 0.15mm Structural @MK4IS stock profile. The model is printed in PC, but the same problem persists even with a test print in a top-quality PLA.

With the elephant foot compensation it comes out nicely. I needed to move the right side of the air exhaust to the right by 0.5mm in order to have the nozzle centered. (edited)

@jonnieZG I see that too in Prusa Slicer - setting zero EFC(Elepant Foot compensation) makes a huge difference with overlap of the 2nd layer.

EFC at 0.0mm - good overlap of perimeter 2nd layer over first layer
EFC at 0.2mm - only 15%(?) of an overlap so potential bad adhesion

@PepaZdepa_1890309 It's a great design and a great step up for the performance of the printer, but printing it properly requires some experimenting.

@jonnieZG I had similar problem with CPE HT. But was able to print it in the end with more conservative setting than Prusa recommends.
