Slide n’ Seal

With the Prusa MK4, the 16cm variant could be printed with default settings; however, the printer's height does not allow more than the 19cm variant. Due to its functionality, the width of the bags it can seal is unfortunately limited to the length of the seals, which greatly restricts the 16cm variant. The printing time is also quite long since it has to be printed upright.

Nevertheless, a very interesting system since it avoids mechanical components!

@Knox_21080 Yes, that’s correct. I was talking about the „Tütenhüter“. I‘m really glad that my model works well and that you can get some use out of it!

@NevioD I guess the Swiss TV show you are describing in the details was talking about 'Tütenhüter'. I have printed your model several times now and I am impressed. It even seals watertight. I stumbled upon some other users trying to create a model similar to 'Tütenhüter'. I also printed one of their models, but yours seals much better. The other model is faster to print since it is printed in a lying position, but your model works better.

@Knox_21080 WHAAAT?! 70 Collections? I didn't see that. That's crazy 🤯

Wow!

@NevioD Be proud of your model. With 140 downloads and featured in 70 collections, I bet it has been printed more than you would think! It's just that too few people write comments about their prints, and even fewer upload photos of them.

@Knox_21080 Wow, I didn't see that 140 people downloaded the model. But yeah, you are right, there are comments about it, but I completely forgot about them, since some time has passed. 😅😅

@NevioD I assume you mean that you finally received a picture? Even with 140 downloads and some comments describing the print, a picture is still missing, correct?

@Knox_21080 Wow, somebody actually printed it out! 🥳🥳
Yeah, due to the fact that it is print in place, the length is limited by the size of the printer. I tried to make a version where it's laying flat, but making that print in place was pretty much impossible.

Thanks for the review though!
