This was the closest design that matched what I was imagining. I don't have Fusion 360 to twiddle the parameters so I just printed it as is. Works for my wife's S21 with the most minimalist Otterbox case. but is too small for my S21+. That's fine though, I printed it for her and it works great!
Our bed rail is much smaller - so I just added felt to make up the difference and also it has the added benefit of not transmitting vibrations to the bed frame when you are listening to the speaker.
