I printed these in PETG and they fit perfectly with no issues, no sanding. The bottom screw hole is countersunk which is a nice feature that helps the feet sit flat. The internal wedge is also reinforced with additional solid structures which helped make it stronger without printing it at a super high infill. I actually use this saw horse to hold a chin rest for vision research at a University I attend. I was unable to cut the sawhorse legs at an angle due to not having the right tools to do that. These really help make the sawhorse more stable. Thanks so much for posting this design. Its very functional.
