@LouisCYUL Thanks for the comments. I'll look at tightening the model a bit to make it more form fitting. I'll also upload a version without the pico-8 logo on the back :)
And yes, SolveSpace has no fluff. It is open source, simple and direct. Have fun!
I like the "bumper" style design but the result is too loose, I don't think I'll be using this iteration.
The other thing is that I don't care for the Pico 8 logo on the back; as a quick fix I just added a cube part in PrusaSlicer.
Last but certainly not least thanks for pointing out SolveSpace, first time I'd heard of it, will take a look.
