Since there are no instructions, I will try to help out. See my images in chronological order for instructions. For each set you need one of each: Z0, Z3, Z4, Z5, and Z8. Z4 will need flipped around as it is positioned on the wrong side. There are two optional shims: Z6 and Z7. I did have issues printing the Z7 shim. It caused multiple print failures. I am not sure why ( i tried rotating it and putting it elsewhere on the plate but every time my printer got to filling it, the print lifted and failed, it looked flat in Cura..?.). You don't need the shims unless your two surfaces are uneven. The Z7 is the thicker one out of the two. The Za file has incredibly tight (non existent?) gaps in the hinge and will print fused. I have tight tolerances on my printer and it still fused solid. I would only use if you are scaling up at least double. The regular Z0 still sticks a bit and needs worked a little to loosen the hinge.
