I combined a lovely parametric nozzle holder and honeycomb wall connector and added labels and a few other improvements.

Quick instructions:

Download and install OpenSCAD.

Download both .scad files from this model into same folder and open nozzle_holder_parametric_with_hex_wall_connector_and_labels.scad.

To the right side you can see the Customizer (if not, from top left menu click Window \u2192 Customizer). You can use this to customize the parameters for your needs.

When you're done, press F6 or the Render button under the top left menu:

High quality model with your parameters will be rendered. When it's done, press F7 or the Export as STL button:

Save the STL to a convenient place and load into your favorite slicer!

Pro-tips:

For MK8 nozzles, if you set nozzle size to 5 and round holes with around 0.5 tolerance (depending on your printer), you should be able to screw the nozzles nicely in the holder.

You can turn off the wall connector and set the number of holes (nozzles wide & deep) to 1 to make a single hole test piece to check the nozzle fitting before printing the whole thing.
